2007 Grenache
This medium bodied wine has a rich garnet color and pleasant aromas and flavors of cherries and strawberries with a hint of vanilla and spice. It has been aged for 21 months in a combination of French, Hungarian, and American oak and small stainless steel barrels. It pairs nicely with salmon, pork, and pasta dishes. This wine is blended with 20% of our Mourvedre Clone A and B vines.
